Job description

Job Scope :

  • Provide professional customer support.
  • Respond promptly to customers' needs and inquiries.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer feedback and concerns.
  • Demonstrate strong follow-up skills with customers.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with the team and management.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and satisfaction levels to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide input on the efficiency of operations and customer service processes.
  • Manage and handle the company's social media platforms.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers.
  • Proficient in using computers and digital tools.
  • Experience in social media marketing (WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is an added advantage.
  • Working Hours :

    Monday – Friday : 9.00 AM – 5.30 PM work from office

    Saturday – Sunday : 8.30 AM 5.30 PM work from home / location

    Off day : Tuesday & Public Holiday

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
