Responsibilities

• Responsible for new product development.
• Responds to customer complaints and validates the complaint.
• Provides containment action plan within one working day.
• Analyses quality trend of customer complaints, feedback analysis & propose recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for total corrective, preventive action and continuous improvement plan.
• To monitor and ensure department objective are complying.
• Communicate with internal team on quality feedback from customer and internal feedback during daily inspection.
• Verify inspection criteria, checklist for each product and process to ensure that products meet customer requirement.
• Conduct training for those new comer inspectors and continue monitor their performance.
• Check and verify inspection daily report to ensure no discrepancy and perform accordingly to procedure.
• To monitor and ensure achieve 100% NCR close from customer without failed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement plans.
• To inform production if found wrong of handling part during In-Process or Out Going inspection.
• To monitor and ensure internal NCPR closing within 5 working days.
• Ensure the entire quality is under department objective and quality inspection systems are maintained.
• Verified and ensure measuring equipment are in good condition.
• Verified daily production scrap part.
• Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
• To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
• Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace.
• Others duties assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
