Job description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Assist in organizing company events and staff engagement activities.
  • Provide general support to HR and Admin teams as needed.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Education and Experience :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in related field.
  • Job Type : Internship

    Contract length : 6 months

    Pay : RM600.00 per month
