Role : Strategist

Location :

Hybrid / Office at Taipan USJ, Malaysia

Type :

Full-Time / Part-Time

Base Salary : RM3,500- 6,000

Incentives :

You will earn a percentage of the revenue generated from your clients retained.

You will be Accountable for Client Success

What You'll Be Responsible For :

  • Be the Client's Go-To

: Act as the main contact for clients, understanding their goals and guiding them to success through smart digital marketing.

  • Strategize Advertising Campaigns
  • : Create data-backed Advertising Campaign Briefs that have a clearly defined target audience, messaging, and goals.

  • Creative Planning Collaboration
  • : Work with designers and writers to craft ads—think visuals, videos, or copy—that grab attention and drive action.

  • Media Planning Collaboration
  • : Work with media buyers to pick the best platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) and run A / B tests to find what works best.

  • Performance Tracking
  • : Keep an eye on metrics like click-through rates, cost per click, and return on ad spend to ensure campaigns stay on track and know your numbers daily.

  • Review & Restrategize :
  • Use data and analytics to fine-tune strategies and uncover insights that boost performance. Adapt strategies on the fly to maximize results, whether it's shifting budgets or testing new ideas.

  • Stay Ahead
  • : Keep up with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and new tools.

    You Might Be the One If :

  • 1+ year of experience in strategy, planning, or performance marketing, ideally in an agency or digital-first setting.
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms, content, and consumer engagement.
  • Skilled at turning research, data, and cultural insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with small or cross-functional teams (e.g., creative + media).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
