Functional

Aggressively source and book new loans for the Bank.
Marketing & selling personal loan / business cash loan / asb loan & cross sell credit cards & other banks products.
Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.
Attend road shows and etc. when required.
To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products.
Cross selling other banking products, when required.
Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
Ensure Bank’s interest is protected at all times.
Comply with Bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.

Organizational

Adhering to department process and procedures in complying with audit, regulatory, and compliance.

Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities.

Participate and display teamwork in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programs etc. at all times.
