Job description

Responsibilities : -

  • Host live streams across various social media platforms, such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement creative concepts, content, strategies, and promotions for live shows, including scheduling and marketing.
  • Engage with viewers during live broadcasts to attract and retain audience interest, drive traffic and interaction, offer professional advice, respond to inquiries, and foster a loyal online community.
  • Present product features, demonstrations, reviews, and consumer experiences in an engaging and innovative way during live sessions.
  • Provide accurate product details, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Encourage viewers to purchase products online and actively promote product adoption.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, challenges, and features to enhance content creation.
  • Represent the brand positively, promoting our products and maintaining a favorable brand image.
  • Participate in the filming of company product videos and daily short videos as needed, and share them.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements : -

  • Exceptional communication skills, strong public speaking abilities, and effective product presentation skills are essential.
  • Presentable with a cheerful and engaging personality; comfortable speaking on camera.
  • Good discipline, team spirit, willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.
  • Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a livestream host is preferred.

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
