To assist the Head, Sales in managing the Sales department / branch to ensure that planned sales targets are achieved
Responsibilities
Assist to implement sales & marketing programs set by the management to achieve desired sales objectives and goals.
Propose and implement branch / sales activities or programs to attract customers into the showroom.
Oversee and guide sales executive / supervisor in implementing sales and marketing program set by the management to achieve desired objective and goals.
Maintain good rapport with fleet owners, government department personnel and head office staff.
Develop and upgrade sales personnel product knowledge.
Ensure all new and existing Sales Advisors for all the branches are well trained and up to date with regards to the Sales processes and requirement from BMW M.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in relevant field of studies.
Proactive and results and target driven.
Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Sales Manager or equivalent in the automotive industry.
Able to communicate at all levels and able to speak the local dialects.
Strong knowledge of the product, industry and its related service.
Experience in automotive retail and management would be an added advantage.
Independent, ambitious and aggressive.
