Fraud Analyst

Salt is looking to hire a Fraud Analyst to join their global market employment marketplace for a 6 months & extendable contract role. In this role, you will be managing fraud or non-compliant queries, whilst working closely with stakeholders to ensure the site is protected from malicious behaviour. It’s an exciting and wide-ranging role involving multiple tasks within a working week, with the successful applicants being part of an APAC-wide team across 8 regions.

What you’ll do & need :

• Foundational knowledge of identity theft, fraud and industry risk trends would be great
• Experience working as part of a team in a medium to large enterprise is essential
• A passion for security and a customer focused mindset will help you succeed
• A team first mentality
• An analytical mindset and an eye for detail
• Experience querying sets of data from various sources
• At least 1+ experience in Call Center / Customer Support / BPO / Fraud Analyst / Risk Analyst role
