Full Stack Web Developer (Remote Option)

Ship AI-powered AEO / SEO tools used by marketers worldwide.

Work to clear weekly milestones and monthly deadlines : commit on Monday, align on Wednesday, demo on Friday. If a date is at risk, you flag it early and propose a plan.

Build end-to-end : Angular + Tailwind on the front, Node.js / Bun + PostgreSQL on the back. You’ll own features from idea to deploy.

Turn product briefs into small, testable slices, releasing weekly. You’ll partner closely with the Tech Lead and product owner.

Make it fast and reliable : instrument logs / metrics, fix performance hotspots, and keep regression out via tests and code review.

Design for safety : follow secure coding practices, handle secrets properly, and protect customer data by default.

Support production : investigate user issues, triage bugs, and simplify systems as you go.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate)

1-2 years+ years building modern web apps with TypeScript. You’ve shipped features users actually touch.

Deadline‑disciplined : you estimate realistically, slice scope to hit dates, renegotiate early when needed, and deliver what you committed.

Comfortable with Angular (or a modern SPA framework) and basic Node.js APIs. You can write clean, accessible UI and reason about API / data models.

Solid with SQL fundamentals (PostgreSQL preferred) : schema design, queries, indexing basics.

You care about UX and polish : you test states, empty / error scenarios, and performance on real devices.

Security‑aware : you validate inputs, avoid leaking secrets and know the OWASP Top 10 at a practical level.

Communicate clearly in English / Chinese in writing and live. You ask good questions, propose options, and follow through.

Frontend : Angular 17+, TailwindCSS

Infra : Google Cloud Platform, CI / CD GitHub Actions, Turborepo

Tooling : GitHub, Google Chat / Meet, AI Coding assistants (Cursor) Note : We hire for aptitude and judgement, not tool trivia. If you’re strong in similar tech, we’ll support you ramping up.

Systems thinking with product sense : you see the whole flow from click to query and make smart trade‑offs.

User empathy : you sweat the details that reduce friction and time‑to‑value.

Automouse and resourceful : you unblock yourself, ask for context, and ship.

Imaginative yet precise : creative solution, crisp execution.

Ownership without drama : you leave features better‑instrumented, safer, and simpler than you found them.

This role is not for you if you want comfortable, low‑stakes work or only follow tasks 100% as given.
