(Senior) AI Engineer

Your future team We have recently started a journey towards using more AI, digitalization, automation, and better data utilization. You will join our Data Science & Engineering team, working at the forefront of AI and machine learning. This role reports to the Team Lead based in Malaysia, collaborating closely with teams from Denmark and Poland as part of a global team. What you will be doing We are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer with experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and software development to join our Malaysia-based Data Science & Engineering team. You will work with Data Scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders to run and maintain AI / ML products and analytics solutions. You will focus on developing custom AI products & LLM solutions, requiring both technical and communication skills. Your responsibilities include : Run and Maintain AI Products :

Program in Python, deploy models using cloud technologies (Azure, Google, OpenShift), maintain GenAI products like in-house GPT solutions, develop AI APIs, and use services like Azure OpenAI, vector databases, Langchain. Optimize Performance & Scalability :

Respond to service requests, profile and tune models, evaluate new technologies, automate infrastructure provisioning (IaC), and CI / CD processes for AI workloads. What You Bring Must Have : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years experience in data science with cloud services. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with other languages. Experience with Langchain, Azure OpenAI, building RAG pipelines, Git, developing AI APIs, and troubleshooting under SLAs. Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to break down complex requirements. Preferred : Master’s degree in related fields. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Azure, GCP, OpenShift, SAP.
