Reception Duties :
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.Clerical & Administrative Duties :
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital).Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.Support other departments with basic administrative tasks as needed.Experience and knowledge in payroll management are advantageous.Benefits
