Financial Controller

Overview

We are recruiting for a renowned and rapidly expanding healthcare company in Malaysia seeking an experienced Financial Controller. The role will focus on financial reporting, business partnering and financial analysis, with frequent liaison to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Support and report directly to the CFO, based in Sunway, and act as the right-hand person overseeing financial reports and results for the group of companies across two countries.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, in-depth analysis, and other financial reporting responsibilities.
• Oversee subordinates on business analysis, pricing, CAPEX assessment, feasibility studies, credit control and accounts receivable activities.
• Liaise actively with the group finance team, operations team and Regional CEOs.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, present financial numbers with relevant analysis, and provide matrix-based insights as required by management.
• Identify and drive improvements for group SOPs and policies as necessary.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
