Job description

Berapit Mobility is Malaysia's prime rolling stock manufacturer and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service provider. Internationally certified and integrated rolling stock manufacturing facility in Malaysia with regional setups.

Key Responsibilities :

  • To monitor the entire operations across the organization's administration office.
  • To be responsible in welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings (via zoom), appointments and directing various administrative projects.
  • To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiencies and always compliance to company policies.
  • To supervise administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • To manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • To manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • To keep track on office supplies and place order when necessary within the budget.
  • To support budgeting, book–keeping procedures and mentoring office assistants.
  • To stay competent in prioritizing and able to work with min. supervision.
  • To create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data.
  • To submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned.
  • To assist colleagues whenever necessary with excellent organizational & leadership skills.
  • To familiarize with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • To have excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
  • Must be a computer–savvy person with the knowledge of MS Office and management.
  • Able to complete any tasks given and report to the superior before the target date.

Minimum Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to travel(Short Distance)
  • Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate

    Pay : RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
