Job descriptionJointly establish & ensure sales target are met by sales personnel Solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objective and sales target are met Motivate, guide and coach sales personnel Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaign Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts Cross selling of other retail banking products eg. ASB, PF, credit cards, and etc. Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank Oversight on code of ethics of ASM / SC - PF-i of sales process and activities Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance
