A leading IT consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead their Customer Success organisation. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of customer-facing experience in a B2B or B2C software company and a proven ability to drive transformation programmes. This executive role includes developing business strategies and leading a talented team to meet customer needs successfully. The position is full-time and on-site.
