Key Responsibilities
Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment (e.g. ovens, steamers, fryers) and food processing machinery (e.g. mixers, slicers, grinders).
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues, and carry out necessary repairs on‑site or in‑house.
Assist with the installation, setup, and testing of new equipment at customer locations.
Provide product guidance and hands‑on coaching to customers on proper usage and basic maintenance of equipment.
Continuously learn and improve product knowledge to handle a wide range of equipment models and brands.
Maintain clear service documentation, reports, and records.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and service standards.
Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and effective customer support.
