Requirements
- Chargeman A4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.
- Customer oriented, a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willing to work on shifts / public holidays / weekends
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure the building services and store equipments are working in a good conditionsCarry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the planMonitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routinesConduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety PolicyMaintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issuesMaintain engineering store area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe accessUninterrupted site operations100% compliance of site to key client and APM auditsMeet or exceed Client Satisfaction survey targetsIndividual IPMPContinuously improving serviceVendor ManagementBenefits
