Responsibilities

  • Draft and distribute correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, notices, and forms
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
  • Arrange classroom materials and learning resources to promote independence, creativity, and collaboration
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure well-being of all children in the classroom
  • Provide information about program features, study modes, and career opportunities to prospective students and parents
  • Advise on tuition fees, scholarships, and payment options, and assist with enrollment procedures
  • Coordinate training and professional development programs for staff
  • Assist with implementation of performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback
  • Support payroll processes and related benefits administration
  • Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation
  • Ensure smooth office operations and proper record-keeping
  • Design and layout user interfaces for websites or digital platforms (if applicable)
  • Edit and enhance multimedia content and conduct usability testing to refine designs
  • Monitor trends and propose ideas to improve social media presence
  • Meet recruitment targets and follow up with prospective students from inquiry to enrollment
  • Attend education fairs and promotional events

Qualifications

  • Educational leadership, curriculum development, instructional design, teacher training, student assessment
  • Communication, problem solving, analytical skills, and knowledge of educational systems
  • Patience, classroom management, and ability to engage with students
  • Experience with child development, early childhood education, and safety practices
  • Skills in marketing, sales, customer service, and client relationship management as applicable
  • Administrative capabilities : calendar management, data entry, record keeping, and office operations
  • Language proficiency as required (e.g., Mandarin or other languages listed in postings)
