RESTAURANT MANAGER (PUBLIKA,KUALA LUMPUR)

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, any field.

Required skill(s) : MS Excel.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to work under pressure

Able to work in a fast pace environment

Willing to work on weekend / public holidays and shifts

Applicants must be willing to work around KL / Selangor

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food / Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Manage and oversee daily shift operations , ensuring smooth restaurant performance.

Responsible for sales and profitability , as well as implementing strategic people management .

Handle inventory control and costing management effectively.

Conduct training sessions and ensure all SOPs are maintained .

Build strong working relationships with staff to groom and develop their potential .

Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service .

Ensure strict enforcement of hygiene regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.

Handle customer queries and feedback professionally, providing appropriate solutions and recovery when needed.

Able to assist in clearing and carrying plates, glasses, and cutleries during peak hours .
