Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Perform daily incoming sampling inspections according to specifications and standards.
- Ensure proper handling and part protection before transferring to store or further processes (e.g., Hydrotest, RT, PT, MT).
- Support day-to-day activities such as WIP scanning, hold part segregation, and defect confirmation with engineers.
- Conduct basic rework activities for minor defects.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and comply with Emerson’s safety and housekeeping practices.
- Utilize measuring and testing equipment effectively.
- Participate in cost-saving initiatives, SGIA projects, and provide sorting / investigation support during quality issues.

A Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and quality standards.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart :
Hands-on experience with quality control in a valve or process equipment manufacturing setting.Skilled in using precision measuring instruments and Microsoft Office tools.Familiarity with internal calibration systems and customer-specific requirements.Our Culture & Commitment to You :
