To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Operation Manager located in Senai, Johor .

What a typical day looks like

• Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
• Manage staffing levels and inventory.
• Oversee assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
• Supervise production staff on work methods and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with other departments and Flex sites to drive excellence.
• Establish procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices for the operations team.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
• Report to Senior Management in weekly operations reviews.
• Coach and mentor the Operations team.
• Apply industry practices to internal systems and processes.
• Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified, motivated workforce.
