Job descriptionAdvise and assist customers with product information and order inquiries. Prepare quotations and assist with order placement. Key in new orders and update order status in the system. Follow up on customer inquiries and payment status. Arrange and coordinate deliveries. Liaise with customers on delivery dates and order progress. Check customer-submitted artwork to ensure print-ready format. Coordinate and support cross-team communication within the company (sales, design, and production).
