Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients within corporate and government sectors.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and client briefings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation decks tailored to client needs.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and facilitators to execute training and team building programs successfully.
- Manage marketing initiatives including social media, campaigns, and branding materials.
- Understand and apply HRD Corp (HRDF) requirements, grants, and claims processes.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote iMinda programs.
Requirements :
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in the training or L&D industry .Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Familiar with HRD Corp (HRDF) claimable training programs.Experience organizing or managing team building or corporate training events .Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and programs.Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.Added Advantage :
