Job description

As a Sales Coordinator at DGP Intelsius Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our valued customers. This full-time position is based in Batu Gajah, Perak, where you will be an integral part of our dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
Coordinating with other departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Maintaining a strong understanding of our product and service offerings to provide knowledgeable support to customers
Collaborating with the sales team to contribute to the overall sales strategy and revenue growth

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Proficient in using relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation software

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively

A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Relevant experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the sales industry
