Your new role
The Chief Human Resources Officer [CHRO] will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our people strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organisational development. The CHRO will work closely with the executive team to ensure their workforce is motivated, skilled, and aligned with their company's values and goals. Some key responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's mission and business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure employees are meeting their goals and receiving appropriate feedback.
- Drive initiatives for employee development, training, and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related needs and challenges.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to qualify for this role, you will need :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.What you'll get in return
