Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members via phone, email, and in person.
  • Handle and resolve member inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on membership entitlements, usage policies, and payments.
  • Liaise with affiliate hotel and resort partners on behalf of members for reservation inquiries, booking confirmations, and special requests.
  • Administration Maintain and update member data and records in the membership system accurately.
  • Process membership applications, transfers, and cancellations in compliance with company procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of member information.
  • Assist in monitoring memberships, booking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other departments for reconciliations or fund usage approvals.
  • Negotiate and review contract rates with affiliate hotels to secure the best possible pricing for members and maintain an updated record of hotel contracts, rates, and partnership agreements.
  • Participate and proactively recommend initiatives to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, membership or account management, or administrative roles. Experience in Hospitality is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
