We are launching an exciting TikTok Shop Live Hub Johor x TEKUN Nasional focused on empowering individuals and SMEs to succeed through live selling. Our goal is to build a vibrant community of sellers and provide a professional environment to train, host, and promote brands through TikTok. We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile TikTok Shop Live Hub Coordinator who can do it all — go live, manage the studio, train sellers, and grow our community. This role combines content creation, operations, seller engagement, and brand representation. Key Responsibilities 🎥 Live Hosting and Content Creation -Go live on TikTok to promote in-house or SME products when studio is not booked. -Act as a charismatic and confident host, driving engagement and sales. -Develop creative content strategies to boost views, sales, and following.   🛠️ Studio and Operations Management -Oversee the daily operations of the live-selling studio. -Maintain and set up studio equipment, lighting, and TikTok Live tools. -Manage booking schedule for sellers using the studio. 🤝 Community Building and Talent Support -Recruit, onboard, and support new sellers (especially from SMEs). -Build a community of regular TikTok sellers who use and promote the studio. -Provide basic training or coaching to new sellers on TikTok Live best practices.   📈 Marketing and Studio Promotion -Promote the studio across social media to attract new sellers. -Collaborate with local businesses and SMEs to bring their products into the studio. -Act as the face of the brand during events or live campaigns.   [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-craftminds-ventures-job-tiktok-shop-live-hub-johor-coordinator]

• Confident and engaging on camera, preferably with a background in TikTok live selling, content creation, or related fields. -Knowledgeable about TikTok Shop's live selling features, current trends, and strategies for audience engagement. -Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities. -Well-organized with the ability to coordinate schedules and manage studio logistics effectively. -Self-motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic about fostering communities and growing brands. -Preferred : Experience collaborating with subject matter experts or in retail, training, or event settings.
