Requirements

  • Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Child Care and Nurturing : Provide loving, patient, and attentive care to children, ensuring their well-being and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely and collaboratively with team members to effectively execute daily duties and contribute to a cohesive and supportive work environment, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
  • Curriculum Planning and Implementation : Develop, supervise, and implement comprehensive and developmentally appropriate lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum framework, fostering holistic development in children.
  • Resource Preparation : Prepare engaging teaching materials and create a stimulating and pleasant learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
  • Progress Monitoring and Assessment : Observe, document, and monitor each child's learning progress and development, providing valuable insights to support individualized learning experiences and growth.
