Main responsibilities
- Prepare cost comparison, proposal letter and cost reports for WASM DD projects as per established schedule.
- Implement Docking Process for assigned vessels.
- Contribute to prepare and update standard specifications
- Timely preparation for docking of all assigned vessels in Asia region or other participating vessels.
- Follow each assigned docking till the end.
- Final Docking report and shipyard evaluation submission within agreed timeframe.
- Ensure that selected Docking software is used for all docking projects.
- Carry out projects as assigned by Senior Manager, NETS
- Provide feedback for Improving / updating of standard docking specification after each assigned project.
- Maintain New Regulation expertise as decided in Department.
- Contribute in the process of New building project management

Certified Marine Engineer class 1 or 2 Alternatively qualified Naval Architect or Engineer with Shipyard work Experience.Project management qualificationWork experience in quality shipyard for ship repair or commercial department dealing with estimation and invoicing / Work experience in Shipping Company related to Drydocking and new building supervision.Knowledge of Class rules and industry standardsProactive self-motivated Team player with high integrity.Excellent communication skills and a very good command of spoken and written EnglishExcellent interpersonal skillsVery good computer skills in all Microsoft applications. Able to adapt to Company software.Additional preferences
Preferable Seafaring experience in a senior rank.Preferable Good contacts with shipyards.InnovativeA strong desire to succeed in developing the business through excellence in performance.Competency Requirement
