Finance Executive

We're looking for a Finance Executive who thrives in a collaborative, customer-facing role. You'll be the financial bridge between our operations, our subcontractors and our customers, ensuring accurate lot-level reconciliation and financial transparency. This role demands sharp analytical skills, strong communication, and an understanding of semiconductor lot tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end AR processes for the assigned project, including billing, collections, account reconciliations and E-invoice.
• Work closely with customers and subcontractors to reconcile lot-level transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Validate lot movement, billing, and cost data across internal systems and customer records
• Prepare detailed reconciliation reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Track and reconcile project-related costs and prepare monthly project financial reports and variance analyses
• Monitor accounts receivable / payable relating to the assigned project and ensure timely settlements
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional team to review project milestones, financial performance, and improve reconciliation workflow.
• Support month-end closing and audit processes related to assigned project
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, tax and audit requirements
