Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing 3D visualizations, perspectives, and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D perspectives, interior renderings, and walkthroughs for design proposals.
Work closely with the design team to translate 2D layouts and sketches into 3D visualizations.
Prepare and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
Produce high-quality renders for presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, materials, and rendering techniques.
Assist in preparing detailed presentations for client meetings and tenders.
Ensure accuracy of 3D visuals in reflecting proposed designs, color schemes, lighting, and finishes.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Proven experience as a 3D Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer (portfolio required).

Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender).

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production and presentations.

Strong understanding of space planning, materials, textures, lighting, and color schemes.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings is an added advantage.

Creativity and ability to conceptualize realistic and appealing interior spaces.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Adaptability to client feedback and project requirements.
