Responsibilities

• Customs & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations for LMW and FIZ operations, including accurate documentation (Forms K1 / K2).

Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely, efficient delivery.

Prepare and review shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Material Receivers.

Collect and analyze data on inventory, demand, supply, costs, and logistics performance.

Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, finance, stakeholders and business operations team) to align logistics strategies.
