Project Manager (M&E)

Responsibilities :

Assist the Senior Project Manager / Project Director in overseeing M&E project scope.

Lead the M&E team in developing and implementing procedures and work instructions to ensure project success.

Provide technical leadership and distribute relevant expertise and documentation across project teams.

Collaborate with the M&E Quantity Surveyor (QS) team to assess costs for design changes.

Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Prepare draft site budgets and projected cash flows for M&E works.

Evaluate, approve, and manage the registration and termination of M&E subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Experience :

Minimum 5 years as an M&E Manager in industrial construction projects (preferred)

At least 1 year of experience in Data Center projects (preferred)

Experience with commissioning (Cx) activities as an M&E Manager (preferred)
