Job Description

• Holding 6+ years of experience in RTR with team handling
• From SSC or BPO industry
• Finance Graduate with certifications like CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MIA
• APAC hours, Hybrid work arrangement
• SAP Savvy, Knowledge to operate Blackline other Reconciliation Tool
• Strong Stakeholders engagement skill as candidate will be required to touch base with clients both in APAC as well as Global GPO’s
• Strong Communication Skills
• Must have strong accounting operations exposure (Intercompany Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Accounting for Leases, Fixed Assets Accounting)
• Ability to work within tight timelines during month end close
• Has experienced coaching / managing colleagues locally / international experience will be advantageous
