Overview
To process and evaluate margin (SMF and PF) and non-margin applications, and to provide credit support to Share Trading Centres (STC) and Account Relationship Managers.
Responsibilities
- To manage, guide and train the support team members to achieve the turnaround time (TAT) and ensure policy guidelines are met.
- Ensure that SMF / PF new applications and credit renewals submitted meet the Bank's risk acceptance criteria, SMF and PF credit policy, approval matrix, AMLA framework and BNM guidelines requirements.
- To analyze SMF / PF applications and prepare credit write-ups, and recommend for loan approval.
- To perform reviews and renewals of all SMF / PF margin accounts.
- To streamline work processes to improve TAT.
- Handle CCRIS reporting enquiries, lodge new applications and update application status.
- Handle CTOS checks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission to management.
- Attend queries and provide guidance to STC, ARM and Retail Broking Investment Lending on SMF / PF matters.
- To conduct property valuation for property pledged as collateral.
