Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly closing activities and ensuring and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close. (Manual Data Entry) by ensuring compliance with MFRS accounting, audit requirements, and corrective procedures.
• Assist with the ERP system implementation.
• To handle AR function and monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
• Complete fixed asset module monthly closing, and maintain the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
• Handling product costing and its related tasks / activities.
• Support inventory management process such as inventory count activities.
• Handling statutory audits, attending to auditor's queries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Any other accounting or finance duties assigned by the management from time to time.
