Job Description :

Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive mechanical and electrical design plans for real estate development projects.
Design and optimize HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, lighting, and fire protection systems to ensure they align with project goals, building codes, and energy efficiency standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate the practicality and viability of different mechanical and electrical system options.
Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth implementation and integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
Collaborate with sustainability and environmental experts to incorporate green building practices and energy-efficient solutions into the design process.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineer within the real estate development industry, with a track record of successful projects.

Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

Thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, building codes, and industry standards related to real estate development.

Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design practices is highly desirable.

Preferable Mandarin-speaking candidates to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
