Job Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via non-voice channel + outbound calls in Mandarin and English
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist customers with order inquiries, complaints, returns, or account questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
Requirements :

Working Location : Menara Public Bank 2, Jalan Raja Chulan (during probation)
Shift : 24 / 7 rotational shift. 5 days' work with 2 days off. Off days on rotational basic.
