Position : Sales & Customer Engagement Executive

Salary : RM2,500 - RM3,000

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Working Hours : 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Standby Mode After Working Hours)

Location : No 42, 1, Jalan Rahmat 4, Taman Malim Jaya, 75250 Malacca

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Respond to incoming leads from TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales professionally and quickly
• Communicate fluently and naturally in Mandarin, Malay, and English (spoken & written)
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to optimize scripts and conversions
• Follow up with prospects, track conversations, and ensure successful handover
• Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication to build trust and loyalty
• Achieve (or exceed) monthly sales targets—you'll be rewarded well for it
