Live Host

Our company is looking for an energetic and charismatic Live Host to join the team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for hosting engaging live streams on our e-commerce platform, showcasing our diverse range of vaping products and interacting with our growing customer base.

What you’ll be doing

• Host live sessions on TikTok.
• Present and demonstrate products in an engaging and professional way.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
• Promote promotions, bundles, and limited‑time offers during live.
• Build rapport with the audience to increase brand trust and sales.
• Track livestream performance (viewers, likes, conversion rate, sales).
• Suggest ideas to improve live content and boost sales.
• Collaborate with marketing / design team for banners, product photos, and live campaign promotions.
• Provide feedback on customer inquiries and market trends.
• Upload, edit, and update product listings (photos, descriptions, prices, promotions).
• Monitor stock levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate with the warehouse / management team.
• Assist in preparing orders, checking packaging accuracy, checking warranty exchange or returned orders, and logistics status.
• Ensure product details are ready for online campaigns and sales events.
