Drive Supply Chain Improvement Projects : Drive supply chain initiatives that support cost optimization, service level enhancement, and operational excellence Strategic Reporting and KPI Management : Oversee the development and governance of regional KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements Advanced Analytics and Insights : Design and develop sophisticated data models and dashboards to identify performance gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to align objectives, share best practices, and ensure effective implementation of initiatives Operational Visibility and Decision Support : Deliver actionable recommendations and enable data-driven decisions across ASEAN by integrating data from various sources including ERP (SAP)..etc Change Management and Capability Building : Support and lead enablement strategies, conduct workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy across teams Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field At least 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, business analysis, or process improvement roles Proven experience leading supply chain or operational excellence initiatives with measurable business impact. Hands-on expertise in data tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau, SQL); experience with SAP or other ERP systems strongly preferred.
