Job descriptionBasic knowledge in laptop and printer hardware troubleshooting Ability to identify faulty components and recommend solutions Familiar with Windows OS installation and driver setup Experience in soldering / motherboard‑level repair (added advantage) Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn Fresh graduates / interns are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on laptops and desktops (motherboard, RAM, SSD, keyboard, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair printers (laser / inkjet), including mechanical and connectivity issues
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows / Mac) and basic software
- Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, part replacement, and system formatting
- Test devices after repair to ensure proper function
- Maintain proper documentation of repairs and parts usage
- Provide basic customer support and product knowledge
- Support on‑site service when required
