About the role

MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. is seeking talented Intern - Mechanical Engineers to join our team in Bandar Sri Sendayan Negeri Sembilan. As an Intern - Mechanical Engineer, you will play a vital role in our Mechanical Engineering operations, contributing to the strategic goals of the company. This is a full-time position offering valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components
  • Conducting research, analysis, and problem-solving to optimise mechanical processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Documenting and reporting on project progress, findings, and recommendations
  • Participating in continuous learning and professional development activities
  • Learn and understand the company operations and product
  • Gain exposure across various divisions and provide insights to enhance workflows
  • Work on assigned engineering-focused projects and present findings

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering degree program or equivalent, final-year preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and driven to improve
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a sense of responsibility
  • Available for a minimum of 10 weeks' / 3months internship placement
