Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers through high‑quality service and technical support.
• Act as the main contact during implementation, coordinating requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Product, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of onboarding, system setup, and go‑live.
• Collaborate with Regional Office / Head Office on complex or multi‑country implementation projects.
• Ensure regular communication and progress reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
