KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional support to key clients, driving usage and identifying growth opportunities for system utilization.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's technical and business needs.
• Evaluate and manage new initiatives and business prospects to expand service offerings.
• Deliver monthly account performance reports and revenue forecasts.
• Proactively monitor and strive to meet targets established by management.
• Maintain regular availability to clients, ensuring reliable support.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with the client base, addressing any concerns and resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with skills in Microsoft Project considered advantageous.
