Overview
Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the e-commerce website to ensure optimal performance, speed, and user experience. Understand the overall e-commerce flows within the organization and uphold the web platforms in accordance with guidelines. Implement and maintain product assortment with accurate categorization, compelling product descriptions, high-quality imagery, and competitive pricing.
Monitor and manage website stock availability in collaboration with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory representation and minimize out-of-stock situations. Plan, execute, and monitor online sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. Continuously analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify and implement website optimizations that improve sales conversion rates.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate regular and comprehensive reports on key e-commerce metrics, including sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics) to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and drive data-backed decisions for growth. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day e-commerce tasks, working closely with Marketing for traffic generation and campaign alignment. Coordinate with the Commercial / Buying team regarding product assortment planning, pricing, and promotional strategies. Liaise with the Warehouse / Operations team to streamline order fulfilment, logistics, and inventory accuracy. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.
