We are looking for an IT & Digital professional who has a passionate desire to work with customer facing departments in the organisation and to identify, manage & lead the opportunities that can help drive our business. This is a head of function level role and ideal candidate would have excellent project management, stakeholder management, people management and communication skills.
About the role
The role is for Core Reckitt and is multifaceted with both a Market and Regional purview. The role will have full responsibilities to Build Business Partnerships, Driving Digitization and Value through Technology to achieve the business priorities. The role will be the face of Technology to the Leadership Teams.

Business Partnership
Develop a deep understanding of the broader business to play an active role in shaping the market’s ability to deliver on their prioritiesAct as a thought leader to the business and be proactive in identifying opportunities where IT&D can bring advantages to the organisationPartner with senior level stakeholders to discuss and be part of the longer-term Transformation StrategyLeverage experience and best practices across markets and global to propel the business using the latest in Gen-AI, Omnichannel Excellence, Business Intelligence and Process AutomationProject Management
Collaborate with Regional and Global IT&D product leads to determine project scope and visionExperience in managing a product development and roadmap in an Agile / SDLC environmentAbility to cultivate meaningful business relationships both internal and external business partnersThe experience we're looking for
Minimum 7 years of experience in a technology business partnership or program management.Strong track record of business engagement, partnership, and value delivery through effective cross-functional collaborationAble to communicate and influence senior stakeholders towards the strategic prioritiesExperience in ERP systems such as SAP S4, ECC and / or JDE WorldExperience in Sales Automation solutions such as Newspage, Centegy, Ivy Mobility etcExposure / Experience in eCommerce and Marketing Technologies, leveraging GenAIPassionate in and have rolled out transformative initiatives across different functions in the businessComfortable in managing remote delivery teams, across different time zonesAble to communicate and influence senior stakeholders towards the strategic prioritiesCommercial acumen with the ability to work with business leaders and peers to establish priorities and drive through successful execution.Experience in evaluating and implementing eCommerce transactional, optimization and performance / KPI solutions in a FMCG environmentStrong financial acumen in managing the function’s budget and expenditureExcellent understanding of the organisation’s goals and objectives with a strong commercial and business awarenessFlexible to travel, if requiredThe skills for success
