About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Profitsav System & Solution Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in KL, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for the company. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the success of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales target set by the company.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Generate new customer accounts.
  • Report to sales manager on daily sales activities, project follow-ups, and all related reporting.
  • Actively prospecting and qualifying new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Provide pre and after sales support.
  • Conduct product presentation and hands-on demonstration based on client needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in industrial or engineering sales.
  • Experience in industries such as process automation, factory automation and building automation will be an added advantage.
  • Required languages : English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach.
  • Possess valid driving license and own vehicle.
