What you'll do

Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Assist with ERP system implementation, including data migration, testing, and process setup.
Develop and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets and ensure policy compliance.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits, ensuring timely completion.
Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax.
Monitor updates in IFRS and regulatory guidelines and ensure proper implementation.
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and participate in special projects as assigned.

What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

3-5 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated expertise in month-end closing, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Prior experience in web3 or fintech company is preferred / Big 4 professionals are welcomed

Strong understanding of IFRS and general financial compliance frameworks.

Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and perform detailed financial analysis.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset.
