Job Description

Bring bold ideas to life and elevate design standards in education. Keypath Education is seeking a visionary Creative and Design Lead to champion brand excellence and lead a high‑performing design team. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on creativity, driving compelling, student‑centred design across digital, print, UX, and motion.

Key Accountabilities

Brand Guardianship & Design Excellence :

• Be the brand guardian for Keypath Education and its university partners, ensuring all marketing outputs deliver creative excellence, are aligned with partner guidelines and achieve channel objectives.
• Translate marketing strategy, student value propositions and creative platforms into compelling, student‑centred designs that connects emotionally and drives action.
• Champion best‑practice design principles across all channels and formats—social, digital, print, UX, and motion.
• Push creative boundaries to elevate design standards within the education sector.
